GPE acquires £19m Fitzrovia flex office property: 19-23 Wells Street, W1

Advising our client GPE, Hanover Green’s Guy Harris has just completed a deal to acquire 19-23 Wells Street from British Land, marking GPE’s second West End flexible office deal in the last six months.

The 20,000 sq ft, six-floor property is currently operated under British Land’s own flexible office brand, but will now be converted to GPE’s fully managed offering. The building represents a fantastic opportunity for GPE, enabling the firm to further grow its cluster of Fitzrovia flex offices and capitalise on this thriving office submarket.
