Construction consultancy secures 15k sq ft prime South Bank head office

Advising our client Core Five, we identified and secured the perfect new head office for the expanding construction consultancy business, agreeing a deal to take c.15,000 sq ft of space at the striking Southbank Central office scheme.

Hanover Green’s Neil Proctor secured the 10-year lease on the part 6th floor at Southbank Central for Core Five, which will now enable the business to relocate into more contemporary office space located right in the heart of this dynamic South Bank district.
