Hanover Green’s investment team successfully advised a private overseas investor on the acquisition of a premier 125,000 sq ft HQ-style office building located adjacent to the iconic Wembley Stadium.

Having been 50% pre-let during construction to one of the UK’s largest Housing Associations, the building provided BREEAM Excellent and WiredScored Certified Platinum quality accommodation. The leasing had stalled during 2020/21 and thus the vendor wanted to exit.

Advising our client following a sale stagnated marketing process, Hanover Green managed to negotiate attractive terms for the acquisition which included substantial Capital Allowances and working closely with 3rd party advisors the transaction completed at what we believe is bottom of the market pricing this cycle.

With input from the Hanover Green Lease Advisory team to finesse rent review terms in ongoing leasing transactions, 2 further floors leased up post agreeing the purchase and with two left to let on completion, our office leasing team are now advising on the remaining 25,000 sq ft.
