In 2022, we were appointed sole agents to develop and implement a retail and restaurant strategy for North Belgravia, later expanding to include South Belgravia, transforming key areas like Motcomb Street, Elizabeth Street, and Eccleston Yards.

We were appointed as sole agents in 2022 to undertake a comprehensive retail and restaurant strategy for the 58 units in North Belgravia, with a focus on changing the perception of Motcomb Street and implementing a new identity.

Our work with Grosvenor expanded in 2024 to include the sole retail agency mandate on the global luxury neighbourhood of Mount Street, South Audley Street and the area of South Belgravia, which encompasses prestigious retail addresses such as Elizabeth Street and Ebury Street, alongside the independent restaurant and leisure hub, Eccleston Yards.
