Since 2001, we have represented BEAM (formerly Astrea), the leading landowner around Berkeley Square, Bruton Street, and the surrounding thoroughfares.
Over the past two decades, we have been involved in every significant transaction, including landmark lettings to Jack Barclay, Ferrari, Amazonico, Novikov, Sexy Fish, and Rolls Royce. Most recently, we secured a prestigious deal with Chanel for their new corporate HQ in Berkeley Square.
