Hanover Green advised long standing client, WPP, with the lease assignment of the 5th and 6th floor totalling 33,000 sq ft at the Alphabeta Building on Finsbury Square, London EC2.
Alphabeta is a landmark building situated on the north-west side of Finsbury Square and provides best in class office accommodation with state-of-the art end of journey facilities.
The lease assignment follows on from Hanover Green’s lease advisory team successfully concluding the rent reviews on the same floors. The deal with The Evening Standard has assisted WPP’s long-term global plan of moving all of its agencies into their South Bank campus.
