Providing rent review and strategic leasing advice since 2017 for London & Regional in this multi-let 600,000 sq ft office building.

Building on from the rent review success in 2017, rental uplifts have once again been secured with BDO (200,000 sq ft) and Knight Frank (100,000 sq ft).
