This then followed with advising on the letting of the 1st to 4th floors including a change of use for the upper floors from Offices to retail. Finally, advice was given on the first rent review of the building.

This was the first building sold after Covid in 2020 and was bought by the occupier, a deal that was some 8 years in the making.
