Case closed: Global law firm seals deal for 29,000 sq ft City HQ

Advising our client Signature Litigation, we’ve secured a fantastic deal for the international law firm to occupy the entirety of 138 Fetter Lane, EC4, on a 10-year reversionary lease.

Signing the lease with landlord CLS Holdings PLC, Signature Litigation will occupy the full 29,000 sq ft at this prominent City property.
