Biggest Hammersmith office deal of the year sealed at One Hammersmith Broadway
Managed workspace operator Frameworks has agreed a deal with Hong Kong-listed landlord Chevalier Group to secure 13,500 sq ft of contemporary office space at One Hammersmith Broadway.
Working alongside our joint agents at Knight Frank, Hanover Green negotiated the deal with managed office operator Frameworks to take the 2nd and 3rd floors at this iconic Hammersmith property, with the space to be occupied in its entirety by an undisclosed international tech firm client of Frameworks.
One Hammersmith Broadway – which is asset managed by SnapDragon REIM and located immediately adjacent to Hammersmith Broadway underground station – will be Frameworks’ 4th new London site this year and 12th in total.
Speaking of the deal, Hanover Green Principal Richard Zoers says: “This was a fantastic deal to have secured for our client in a key London market, which represents the biggest office transaction in Hammersmith to date this year.
“The Hammersmith market has had its challenges in recent times, but creative deals like this show there are great deals to be done. Combining that with increased traction on other assets we are involved with in the area, we believe west London is seeing the tide turn and the occupational market improve in terms of activity as the market stabilises.”
We still have 15,542 sq ft of high-quality office space available to let at One Hammersmith Broadway – get in touch with Richard Zoers and David Cuthbert, or our joint agents at Knight Frank. More details here.
