Belmont Boost: Two New Tenants Sign for 33,500 Sq Ft Of Space

Two leading businesses will soon be settling into their new head office space at London & Regional Properties’s Belmont House in Uxbridge, after we secured a duo of deals totalling 33,500 sq ft at the Grade A town centre property.
Northern Irish meat producer Moy Park has agreed a 10-year lease to take 26,900 sq ft across the entire 1st floor of this BREAM Excellent and EPC A building, while parking firm APCOA UK will occupy 6,600 sq ft across the part 2nd floor, also on a 10-year lease.
Demonstrating the strength of demand for this scheme, these two new occupiers will now join international brands including giffgaff, Optical Express, Orega and Arrivia.
