A lease regear to broadcast: ITN renews at 200 Gray’s Inn Road, WC1

Advising our client, media firm ITN, Hanover Green partner Colette Williamson has agreed a fantastic deal to regear the broadcaster’s lease on 117,000 sq ft of office space at 200 Gray’s Inn Road.

Securing the deal with landlord GPE, ITN has now renewed its lease for a further 10 years. The property will also undergo a refurbishment to deliver a striking new atrium, internal garden terraces and rooftop pavilion.
