Tui lands on Luton’s Capability Green for its new 81,000 sq ft UK HQ

Marking one of the largest South East office lettings of the year, we’ve advised our client multinational travel giant Tui on a fantastic deal to relocate its UK headquarters to Capability Green in Luton – a stone’s throw from one of the travel operator’s key airports.

Signing a new 15-year lease to take the full 81,000 sq ft of space available at 500 Capability Green, the building will be comprehensively refurbished by landlord MCR Property Group ahead of Tui’s occupation, creating a new best-in-class HQ to support the business’ continued expansion.

Hanover Green secured this market-leading deal for Tui, while MCR Property Group was advised by BrayFoxSmith and Savills.
